In this part of scene 10, Stanley finally confronts blanche about her lies. This is when both characters truly come out of their shells (Stanley essentially forces blanche out of her shell)

The first thing we realise about Stanley and how he acts is that he just blurts out "as a matter of fact there wasn't no wire at all" this is somewhat out of character for Stanley because this is completely out of the blue, he usually builds up to arguments but he just comes straight in with this. He also uses her own way of talking/language ago confront her. This shows us that he's going to make blanche feel very intimidated throughout the rest of this fight/Argument. He also fires information at blanche, almost like verbal abuse just constantly hitting her making her weaker by the moment.
